Full Lead Pipeline Engine
90-Day Lead Pipeline Sprint for mission-critical travel buyers.
A 3-month engagement that ships qualified meetings into CTeleport’s sales team. Full-TAM coverage across the five mission-critical-travel buyer clusters via 4-touch outbound, with targeting refined continuously from CTeleport’s own win patterns.
Why this engagement.
Scale beyond the discovery beachhead.
The earlier sizing brief established the TAM and the five-cluster opportunity map. This is the build: a 90-day sprint that ships qualified meetings into CTeleport’s sales team by running full first-pass coverage across the most-fit segment of the ~60,000 decision-maker universe, at 4-touch depth.
The unit of value is meetings, not emails. Volume targets in this offer (5K/day, ~250K total active sends) are the operating throughput, not the result. The result is qualified meetings booked into CTeleport’s sales calendar — with the targeting iteratively refined from CTeleport’s own closed-deal win patterns as the sprint runs.
Target market.
~19,800 qualified firms · ~60,000 decision-makers. Five clusters defined by the underlying buyer pain: travel where missing it costs money or breaks an SLA. Sized from public-data sources (UNCTAD/Clarksons maritime, OSV market reports, FL3XX/Leon/Skylegs published customer lists, and equivalents for each cluster).
Crew-rotation operations
Maritime ship operators (10-200 vessels), offshore energy / survey / subsea, aviation crew-heavy ops, cruise + commercial yacht management.
Field service & mission-critical ops
Industrial machinery service, medical device service, telecom infrastructure, data center operators, energy infrastructure, aviation MRO, satellite ops.
High-volume pro services
Big 4 audit, strategy + tech consulting, engineering / construction PM firms, mining FIFO, M&A advisory.
Urgency & emergency response
Cybersecurity incident response, insurance loss adjusters, disaster response, crisis management, pharma CROs and clinical monitors.
Sports & live production
Pro sports teams, leagues, and agencies. Live event production. Broadcasting and sports media.
Total addressable market
Cross-cutting filters (~70% survival): active 3+ years, DM identifiable, not locked in multi-year TMC contracts.
Buyer personas.
Three to four decision-makers per firm. The persona stack repeats across clusters with different titles. Sourcing prioritises ~3 personas per firm — the operational owner, the budget owner, and the day-to-day workflow user — for a total of ~60,000 contactable contacts across the universe.
| Persona | What they buy / influence | Primary clusters |
|---|---|---|
| CFO / Finance Director | Travel-spend control, cash-flow predictability, multi-currency exposure | All 5 (esp. B + C + D) |
| COO / Operations Director | Operational reliability, SLA adherence, missed-deployment cost | All 5 |
| Travel Manager / Travel Director | Day-to-day booking workflow, tool selection, supplier relationships | All 5 |
| Crew Coordinator / Dispatch / Field Service Director | Tactical execution of urgent travel, integration with crewing systems (Adonis, CFM, Compas, FL3XX, Leon, Skylegs, ServiceMax) | A + B + D + E |
| VP People / VP HR | Crew satisfaction, retention, duty of care | A + B (especially) |
Targeting refinement.
The targeting evolves from CTeleport’s actual wins. The five clusters, personas, and message angles in this offer are a starting hypothesis grounded in public data and CTeleport’s published case studies (Fugro, MF Shipping, Scylla, Hansa Safety, Union Aviation, Dese Crew Management). They are not the final target definition.
What we look for inside CTeleport’s existing customer base:
- Which companies actually bought — cluster, sub-vertical, fleet/team size, geography, crewing-system stack, growth trajectory at the time of purchase
- What trigger events preceded the purchase — fleet expansion, new crewing-system rollout, missed crew change incident, regulatory deadline (MLC, ICAO), competitor TMC contract expiry, leadership change, recent layoff-then-rehire
- Which personas signed off — the actual title and reporting line of the budget approver, vs. the persona initially pitched
- What language the buyer used in their own words — how they described the pain internally, what proof point closed the deal
The result: targeting refines, send capacity stays constant.
By Round 2 (Week 6), the targeting matrix reflects CTeleport’s actual customer evidence — not just the public-data hypothesis. The hypothesis cells in Rounds 2 and 3 are no longer abstract experiments; they are deliberate replications of the patterns that already closed.
Volume: 5,000 emails per day.
A sustained, deliverability-safe sending pace across the 10 active sending weeks. CTeleport’s primary cteleport.com domain reputation is preserved throughout — campaign sending happens on dedicated secondary infrastructure that we set up, warm, and manage.
| Daily send rate | 5,000 emails / day |
| Monthly volume | ~105,000 emails / month (21 working days) |
| Active sending window | 50 working days (Weeks 4-13) |
| Sequence depth | 4 touches per contact (initial + 3 follow-ups) |
| Full-TAM first-pass volume | 60,000 DMs × 4 = 240,000 sends |
| Total active-window sends | ~250,000 emails |
Full-TAM coverage commitment. At 5K/day for 50 working days, the engagement delivers one full pass through all ~60,000 decision-makers at 4-touch depth. Headroom is tight (~10K sends over first-pass), so the engagement is a full-coverage commitment, not a slice.
Hypothesis engine.
~60-80 validated ICP × message cells in 90 days. At 1,000 sends per hypothesis as the kill/scale threshold, the engagement supports ~60-80 documented ICP × persona × message-angle combinations — each tested with enough signal to confidently kill or scale.
| Round | Period | Cells tested | What it proves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Round 1 Broad sweep | Weeks 4-6 | ~30-40 cells | Which (cluster × persona × angle) combinations produce signal across the 60K DM universe |
| Round 2 Refinement | Weeks 6-8 | ~20-30 cells | Subject-line + opener variants on Round 1 winners. Win-pattern mining outputs folded into the matrix. |
| Round 3 Scale + close | Weeks 9-13 | ~10-20 new + winners scaled | Top 5-10 production-scaled combos run across remaining TAM. Final pattern locked. |
| 90-day total | Full sprint | ~60-80 validated cells | 5-10 production-scaled winning combinations |
Expected outcomes.
~200-500 qualified meetings over the 90-day sprint. Stated as a range with explicit assumptions, not a guarantee. CTeleport’s CFO can run the math directly against your own existing benchmark data.

Why the range is wide on purpose.
Honest cold-email outbound varies by 2-3× based on copy quality and ICP fit. Stating a single number would be dishonest. Stating a range with explicit math lets CTeleport pressure-test the assumptions against your own existing benchmarks.
What pushes meeting count higher: strong ICP × message fit from win-pattern mining; trigger-based hot-lane outreach (fleet expansion, planning approval, missed-crew-change press); acute pain signal in target firm; fast reply-handling (within 24h); strong booking-page + calendar UX.
The 90-day plan.
Setup, prepare, send at full capacity. The first three weeks are foundation; the final 10 weeks are the active sending and meeting-flow engine.
Setup
Sending infrastructure built and warmed on dedicated secondary domains. CTeleport’s primary domain reputation untouched throughout. Win-pattern mining session with CTeleport’s GTM lead and recently-closed-account references scheduled and run.
Prepare
Target list built across the five clusters (~60,000 DMs sourced + enriched). Round 1 hypothesis matrix drafted from win-pattern outputs. Sequence builds finalised across ~30-40 Round 1 cells. Reply-handling routing configured to CTeleport’s sales team.
Active sending, Rounds 1 & 2
5,000 sends/day. Round 1 broad sweep launches Week 4. Daily reply tracking + kill/scale decisions per cell. Round 2 variant refinement begins Week 6 on Round 1 winners. First positive replies routed to CTeleport’s sales calendar within Week 5.
Round 3 & scale
Top 5-10 winning combos production-scaled across remaining TAM. Final round of new-hypothesis testing at the margin. Day 90 deliverable: full pipeline report, hypothesis decision log, win-pattern documentation, handover of secondary infrastructure + winning sequences.

PQS add-on.
Persona-qualified signals system. An optional layered add-on that turns CTeleport’s highest-intent public triggers (fleet expansion press releases, crewing-system rollouts, missed-crew-change incidents, regulatory deadlines, competitor contract expiries) into automated hot-lane accounts fed into the same sending engine.
What a PQS system does: monitors public data sources per cluster (e.g. IMO / Clarksons for maritime, ICAO / IATA for aviation), classifies signals by cluster and severity, routes hot-lane accounts to a dedicated same-week outreach queue with signal-aware copy. Runs continuously on top of the base sprint.
Fast-track option: share historical customer data and PQS scopes-of-work are drafted upfront for the priority clusters. Transferable IP after day 90 — the signal engine handover ships with the sprint.
